Hello, I’m Jaksen, a senior in highschool enjoying life in the great dairy state. For my final high school project I am researching how family farms raise beef cattle. I have only worked with cattle from the back of a horse, and I don’t know much about them. I will also blog about my experiences being an equestrian. Horses have been a large part of my life for the past ten years and I'm excited to show all of you what I have learned from them. Throughout this project I feel like I am finding my calling in life.
